King '''Al'manalius Zebustian Zilatican''' is a [[Latlazerian]] male who is the 15th and current King of the Latlazerian race. He is a secondary protagonist in [[2nd Legion]] storylines, a secondary antagonist in [[The Arbiters]] storylines, and a major character overall in [[Age of Warscape]] and [[Age of Warscape: Origins]]. He is the reclusive and aggressive monarch with little tolerance to other races, and is a highly authoritarian leader. Zilatican tries to keep his people safe from the carnage of war by preventing interaction with other races, even if that means having to oppress them. He is also a leading member of the 2nd Legion.
