King Zebustian Zilatican is a male Latlazerian who is the king of the Latlazerian race and secondary character in Age of Warscape. He is the reclusive and aggressive monarch with little tolerance to other races, and is a highly authoritarian leader. Known to oppress his people, Zilatican tries to keep his people safe from the carnage of war by preventing interaction with other races.
